Hi, I’m Alysha, founder of SOUL/O Travel, where we believe travel is much more than visiting new places—it’s a transformative journey to rediscover yourself.
My personal journey began with a bold leap of faith at 23 when I moved alone to Hong Kong. That move was terrifying but life-changing, opening my heart to diverse cultures and teaching me to live fearlessly—lessons that now fuel my mission.
Before founding SOUL/O Travel, I was caught in the cycle of unfulfilling corporate jobs, chasing promotions and external validation despite my passion for travel and background in event planning. It wasn’t until a heartbreaking breakup and the cancellation of my dream wedding in Italy that I took my first solo international trip. That solo journey sparked a profound transformation—I learned the power of saying “yes” to myself, living authentically, and embracing my own truth.
That’s when SOUL/O Travel was born: a women’s travel community designed to empower solo female travelers through safe, intentional, and soul-nourishing experiences. We curate carefully crafted retreats and trips where women step beyond their comfort zones, connect deeply with themselves and others, and build lifelong friendships—all while exploring the world’s most inspiring destinations.
